We are proud to be Licensed Building Practitioners (LBPs) a status that sets us apart in both professionalism and accountability.

Being an LBP means we are officially recognised by the New Zealand Government as qualified and competent to carry out critical building work, known as Restricted Building Work (RBW). This includes structural framing, roofing, foundations, and weathertightness ,key components of your home that must be done right.

Working with an LBP is not just a good idea ,it’s a legal requirement for most residential builds in New Zealand.

Our experienced site manager & foremans maintain tight control over health & safety, quality control, and daily site operations, giving you confidence that the job is being done right every step of the way.
