We build for people
We’re a husband-and-wife team leading a passionate, energetic crew in the construction industry. With a strong focus on quality, communication, and a hands-on approach, we take pride in building lasting structures, and lasting relationships.
Our young team brings fresh energy, modern techniques, and a can-do attitude to every project, big or small.
At the heart of what we do is people we build spaces that are meant to be lived in, worked in, and enjoyed. Every project is personal, because we’re not just building structures, we’re building for real lives and real stories.

The team behind JC
JC is more than just Jason and Pagan. We're a tight-knit team of builders, apprentices, project leaders and support staff who all play a part in delivering great projects.
We believe in the “work hard, play hard” mindset, and our team lives that every day. We work hard to deliver great projects, but we also enjoy spending time together, having a laugh and building the kind of team culture that makes JC a great place to work.
Everyone on our team is committed to growing, learning and pushing themselves to be better, every project, every day.
