Building a Space for Young People to Feel Safe
JC Construction was proud to donate 300 hours of carpentry labour to this incredible project, contributing to the installation of Abodo cladding.

THE GOAL
Wharerama Pods are designed to provide young people with safe, calm spaces where they can reset, regulate emotions, reduce stress and practise mindfulness.
OUR IMPACT
By donating our team's time and skills, we helped bring these calm, nature-inspired spaces to life, creating places where young people can feel safe, grounded and supported.
Backing Junior Rugby in Our Community
JC Construction is proud to support Ohoka Rugby Club Juniors, a local Canterbury club with a strong focus on junior rugby and community.
The club gives young players from Year 1 through Year 8 the opportunity to develop their skills, enjoy the game and be part of a team.
OUR ROLE
JC Construction is a key sponsor of Ohoka Rugby Club Juniors for 2024–2026, and we’ve committed to supporting the club for another three seasons.

To support junior rugby and give young players the opportunity to get involved, develop their skills and enjoy being part of their local club.

By continuing our sponsorship, we’re helping support a club that brings young players, families and the wider community together through rugby.
