We invite you to reach out to us, where we will discuss your vision, budget, and timeline. This initial conversation helps us understand your needs and ensures we are a good fit for your project. We will also send you a brief questionnaire to gather more details about your ideas, which will facilitate a productive first meeting.

Site Meeting

Our team will meet you at your site to delve deeper into your project requirements. During this meeting, we will review your questionnaire responses and discuss any specific needs or preferences you have. This face-to-face interaction allows us to establish a rapport and ensures we are aligned on your vision.

Design Collaboration

Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements, we will collaborate with your chosen architect or recommend one from our trusted network. This step involves refining your design concepts and ensuring they meet your expectations while adhering to local regulations.

Detailed Cost Estimate

After finalizing the design, we will provide you with a comprehensive cost estimate. This estimate will outline all aspects of the project, ensuring transparency and helping you understand the financial commitment involved. We will keep you informed throughout this process to address any questions or concerns.

Contract Signing

Upon your approval of the estimate, we will prepare the necessary contract documents. This step formalizes our agreement and includes a detailed timeline for the project. We will also discuss the start date and ensure all pre-construction requirements are met.

Meet The Team

We will introduce you to our dedicated project team, including the Site Manager and your foreman. This meeting is crucial for establishing communication channels and ensuring you feel comfortable with the people who will be bringing your vision to life.

Construction and Handover

With everything in place, we will commence construction on your new home. Throughout this phase, you will receive regular updates via our project management app, including frequent updates and meetings. We will discuss your interior design plans and all finishing details. Once construction is complete, we will conduct a thorough clean and ensure all compliance requirements are met before handing over your new home.
