Cole's been with us since day one and is one of the most loyal, hardworking blokes on the team. He consistently puts in the effort and takes real pride in his work, always showing up with a good attitude and plenty of drive.

A keen rugby fan and proud All Blacks supporter, Cole's also the proud owner of the Stiletto hammer, his ultimate favourite tool and a bit of a legend on site. He might hold the record for the smallest fish ever caught on a JC Construction work trip, but we'll let him live that one down. A solid team player, dependable operator, and someone you're always glad to have on site
